Olive grove and house with superb views of the mountains surrounding Fornalutx. Perching high up on the mountain side, this traditional olive grove has been well maintained and the house completely reformed only a year ago. Although small, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a good sized living room - dining room and a small kitchen. It has exposed wooden beams, thick stone walls, and in one bedroom an exposed stone wall to add character.

Behind the house on various terraces are the olive trees. There is also a wide gravel area next to and in front of the house, one of which is used for parking. A stone table and chairs provide room for outside entertaining and there is a new barbecue/wood oven for cooking.

At the moment the house is used occasionally so there are solar panels and a small water tank which provide sufficient electricity and water for the present usage. However, the installation of a larger tank was foreseen and can easily be put in, as can more solar panels or a generator if necessary. Prefect for weekend or holiday usage.
