The developers of these stunning homes offer clients a unique service. Many clients are looking for a permanent base in rural Spain, or a home-from-home that they can escape to from the harsh climate and stressful existence of Northern Europe. With these country homes, you simply select your favourite plot, choose your type of villa from a range of designs, and the property will be ready within 5 months. Average plot size is around 5,000m2, and you even get a complete choice of final fittings, such as floorings, walls, kitchens, colours etc. A range of optional extras are also available, such as underfloor heating and cooling.

These homes are situated in a stunning rural landscape in the province of Murcia, near to the town of Pinoso, famous for its vineyards and reputed to be one of the wealthiest towns in Spain. There are a range of nearby attractions, including trekking, mountain biking and pine forests. Two golf courses are also planned for the area, and a nearby town is also well-known for its fabulous natural spa facilities.

A variety of new models are now available with 2, 3 and 5 bedrooms, including the option for a self-contained apartment providing more privacy and independence for guests or parents. One particular model includes an internal garden, around which the house is built, or the option to have the pool half inside your home for winter swimming! Homes requiring more detail are adjusted at private meetings between the client and the architect (English/Spanish).

The floor plan for standard models shown is distributed between a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms with a shared complete bathroom, a spacious kitchen and dining area (option to choose between traditional or American open layout), the living room leads on to the front porch and on many models, a rear porch is also included.

All houses include, as standard:

* Average plot-size is from 5,000 sq. m. (approx. 1¼ acres or 54,450 sq. ft.). Much larger plots are also available.

* Fenced-in area of approx. 2,000 sq. m. (21,280 sq. ft.) around the house. The rest of the plot is left for fruit tree orchards or vineyard, depending on its original use. Normally, a local farmer tends to the care of this part of the plot for a very low cost.

* Mains electricity is standard and the option to install a broadband wireless Internet connection is available

* Mains water is available for plots, depending on their location. Alternatively, an underground 25,000 l. water tank is installed.

* Solar panel heated domestic hot water, including extra large water tank and electric back-up.

* An individual waste water biological filter tank is installed, underground for each home. This ensures that only transparent water is seeped into the subsoil.

* Large fitted wardrobes in each bedroom.

* Bathrooms are complete and each includes a vanity cabinet with lighting and mirror. Clients are invited to choose between several sanitary ware options. The Victoria model includes a spacious wet room.

* Fitted kitchen cabinets are included with a natural polished granite or marble worktop. An ample range of textures and colours is available for the client to choose.

* large loft for storage and the loft in model Pamela is more than 80 sq. m. of which 50 sq. m. is stand-up space.

* A video entry phone is installed for the main gate entrance.

* Log-burning open fireplace is standard, with many other options available.

* The main entrance is walled with columns (wired for lighting) and incorporates a wrought iron sliding gate which incorporates a pedestrian gate. A video entry phone/camera is also installed at the main gate entrance.

* Aluminium white lacquered windows include; double glazing, fly nets and exterior security iron grills.

- Build time is usually no more than 5 months, depending on time of year and work schedules.
