Martin Turner
Martin is a real estate advisor, with experience of the property market in many areas of mainland Spain. With a background in the legal profession, Martin held a senior management position with a progressive European retailer before setting up and running a management consultancy business with bases in London and Yorkshire.
After the company was purchased by a well-known UK plc, Martin emigrated to Spain to pursue a more relaxed and balanced lifestyle. After working for one of Spain's most respected property companies, he then helped to establish a business specialising in investment property in Southern Spain, before setting up his own freelance consulting company, offering relocation and purchase advice to a broad spectrum of Spanish property buyers.
Martin is well-known for his honest, straight-forward style, and has seen articles and commentaries published in a variety of magazines, including the British Airways in-flight journal. He is able to offer opinion and advice on a range of topics, including analysis of the different areas of Spain, the Spanish property market in general, investment property purchase, and the pros and cons of buying a property in Spain.
