The apartment is air conditioned and beautifully finished with marble flooring throughout, the complex is very secure with video phone entry.

Information on the Area:

Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture which provides interest for all the family with its 17th century castle, picturesque harbor and marina which offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza and Mallorca. There are numerous outdoor activities which include Quad bike hire, windsurfing or kayaking at the local activities centre, or maybe you need to relax in the near by luxury Spa which is 100meters away from the apartment with virtually every treatment available.

You have the choice of over well over 100 Spanish restaurants in Denia, many of which serve international as well as Spanish cuisine. Where better to try the world famous Paella, which is the local dish having originated in the Valencian region. Freshly caught seafood also features highly, as Denia still retains its reputation of a Sea Faring Port with its fishing fleet that goes out daily.

With 20km of gently sloping sandy beaches for those seeking water sports such as wind surfing, jet biking or sailing. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling and water skiing. Accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard and monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol. Apart from the sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a theme Swimming Park ,Terra Natura an animal park and Terra Mitica a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.





The Costa Blanca also has many renowned golf courses with the 18 hole internationally renowned course at La Sella and the Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva only 20 minutes away. There are 9 hole courses in Javea, Moiraira and Altea and very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.

Denia has more fiestas than any other town in Spain, so there is a good chance that when you come to visit, something will be happening locally.
