Is age a restricting factor?

All Spanish mortgage products will specify an age limit, so you will not be eligible for the product unless you are younger than the stated maximum age at completion of the mortgage. Therefore there is no point in applying for a 15 year mortgage with a maximum age of 75 if you are already 65 years old when you apply.
