Sorbas is renowned for traditional pottery. Ceramics can be bought in the Barrio or in the central square at the weekly market each Thursday. Sorbas also boasts one of the largest cave networks in Europe, carved by water erosion over the centuries, with stalactites and stalagmites they stretch over several kilometres and have guided tours during the summer months.
